Rockland Rowing runs free Intro-to-Row sessions on one Saturday each month. Intro to Row’s are held at Rockland Lake - out of parking lot #6. Participants will learn proper technique from our rowing coaches and will be able to explore their interest in rowing in our programs. We start with some on-land training and then take you out on the water in our rowing barge! Please wear athletic clothing as you will be rowing! Please avoid any loose clothing that can get caught in seat tracks or hinder your rowing motion. Best is to wear layers of relatively tight clothing as might be worn for running or other outdoor activity. Sign up here!
